Alexis Blume, the seductive siren living across the way from Brian and Louise Leonard, provides Brian with a welcome distraction from his writing. But what begins as an innocent flirtation escalates when Louise hires Alexis as her assistant and Brian is forced to face temptation right in his own home.
It was later revealed that she was the victim of a hit and run that left her in a wheelchair, Gavin restored the use of her legs after she told him she would do anything to be able to walk again. In return she seduced Brian, at first she felt guilty about hurting Brian and Louise and tried to get out of the deal she made with Gavin, but carried on after Gavin threatened to put her back in the wheelchair. After Alexis found out that it was Louise who was the one who ran her over she didn't feel guilty anymore and hurt Louise out of anger and to get revenge on her.
